What do you prefer on a blog homepage?

When you visit a blog, do you prefer the homepage to show:
Blog extracts only (click to read full post)
Full posts (e.g. last 10 blog posts on homepage)
Latest few posts in full, then extracts of older ones

OPTIONAL: Any particular reason for that preference - or any other comment?
